My Story

When I was diagnosed with Bipolar 1 at 18, it came out of nowhere. No one else in my family had this diagnosis. It took years to understand what thriving with chronic illness can look like. Though challenging at times, my life experience makes me an excellent therapist. I know what it’s like to overcome hard things and flourish.

I love what I do. I am a neurodivergent clinician with background in public defense, school-based work, and teletherapy. I care deeply about the impact of systems, stress, and stigma on my clients. Whether it's through my professional experience or personal, I know how stress weighs on the body and mind.

I am passionate about grief work, trauma-based practices, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Partnering with clients while we process tough things-I am here for it. I am here to hold space with you, encourage you, and tap into your inner expert. I'm not going to judge you. I don't tell you how to live your life. I'm here to ask, "How do YOU WANT to live?". Whatever you're working towards, let's go there. The goals we set are led by you.

I am a Certified Advanced Grief Specialist through Evergreen Certifications. I am well-versed in CBT and grief therapy- with adults and with children who've experienced trauma. My lived experience makes me a good fit for folks with mood disorders. Need help with anxiety, life transitions, or burnout? Let’s see if we’d be a good fit.
